The Solution:
Senior team members from SPACE worked together to create a game-winning plan that ensured that the job was done on time and on budget. Jess Donahue was the lead interior designer and was responsible for all of the interior finishes, creating carpet layouts and selecting all of the office furniture. Lisa Hulbert, International Interior Design Association, collaborated with individual suite owners and focused on suite floor lobby areas, while Kathie Fuce-Hobohm concentrated on the outdoor picnic and hospitality areas.

The Time Frame from Design to Installation: Less than five months
