SPACE believes in giving back to the communities that support our business. That's why we require all our employees to participate in local community events and non-profit programs.

Each employee is given 26 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer with the organization of their choice. However, many of our employees donate much more than that. SPACE, Inc. supports a number of programs with sponsorships and in-kind donations such as:

• Midland County United Way
• Junior Achievement of Central Michigan
• Food Bank of Flint

Our Community Service Program has many benefits - the community gains the talent and time of many skilled employees, the employees feel pride and satisfaction in contributing to the community, and the experience they gain in the community comes back to SPACE in new ideas and insights.
